Palak Gupta is a dynamic and resourceful mental health professional, a PG Diploma-Holder in Counselling Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree. An insightful individual from the very inception of her career, she has tried her hand in a plethora of domains ranging from Architecture to Teaching, and proficiently at that. However, she found her calling only in stimulating the minds of the people around her, granting them a fresh sense of perspective. Artfully adept in catering to a varied demographic, ranging from underprivileged children to differently-abled adults, she is extremely articulative as can be demonstrated in her rich work experience. The calm in every storm, you’ll never hit the rocks in her presence and she is a people’s person in every sense of the phrase.

Padma Rajesh had completed her Master of Science in Counselling Psychology in 2022 at Christ University, Delhi. Over the past two years, she has had the opportunity of working as a Trainee Counsellor in various schools and mental health organizations where she provided counselling services to varied demographics. She is a firm believer in the value of empathy and communication, and works to foster these traits in the therapeutic setting as well. She believes that each individual has unique strengths and supports each person’s right to be themselves and exercise that freedom. Her long term goal is to spread mental health awareness across India and the world.

Anoushka has pursued a Masters in counseling psychology from CHRIST (Deemed to be University) and has gained specialized training in mental health counseling, psychological first aid, positive psychology, transactional analysis, career and vocational counseling skills, and multicultural counseling skills. Moreover, she has an electric approach to therapy combining humanistic and integrative CBT.

Anoushka has been studying and engaging with psychology for 8 years now. She lives mostly in her head all the time and loves finding patterns of behavior without biases and judgements. The main reason for which she truly loves psychology is that it’s subjective as well as objective. She knows that in this journey of her love for psychology, understanding the mind is a great challenge and psychology is just a great tool to give her insight into it!
